I never received a confirmation email from the hotel or Expedia, so I didn't think the reservation went through. I made reservations with a different hotel. I called comfort suites after I finally received a" check in" email the day I was supposed to check in. It was for 2 nights ($200*). I begged them to cancel the second night but they refused. I called Expedia but they also refused to cancel the second night. We went by the hotel. It was filthy, we saw roaches, trash was everywhere, chips were in the parking lot full of bugs. I am relieved we decided to stay at the other hotel. This has been a horrible experience.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the room was not clean. There was dog poop in the room and animal hair all over the couch. It had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony wonderful.
