Water hoses close to parking to wash off the boat after a fun day on the water or the car after a day at the beach. The covered patio is a great place to catch the coastal breeze and relax or enjoy time with friends or family with really nice patio furniture. Just 2.5 miles to Rockport beach, 1.5 miles to downtown Rockport and 16 miles to Port A ferry.

The entire house was absolutely spotless, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was nothing the host didn't provide. The location is great. Restaurants and hummingbird viewing sites were just a quick drive away and the neighborhood is quiet and tidy. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great property. Beautifully furnished, cozy and comfortable. Everything was as advertised and our host Mike was great. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. And the patio was truly awesome to just sit and read, enjoy the breeze or wind down after a day of activities. Our pups loved it as well. Would highly recommend and only a short drive to the beaches of Port Aransas.

My family and really loved the location of the home! Very cozy, The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean & stocked with cleaning items for our use. Beds were very comfy. Great home in Rockport

We enjoyed a very nice cozy comfy home in Rockport Texas. Very clean home with everything you need including a lovely outdoor covered patio. Host was wonderful and even provided delicious snacks and coffee. We highly recommend and hope to visit again.
