We loved being so close to the awesome pool, as well as having access to the back dock for fishing! The beach is a short drive away. This was great for our family of all ages and we definitely plan on coming back!

The property was beautiful. Close to the beach and the pool area is really nice. The bedrooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. I would have given it five stars, but I did not receive my access code until 4:30 pm on the day we were checking in and I had to call and request it.I would also like to make a suggestion for the kitchen area. There was not a can opener available, and I had a couple dinners planned that used cans, the cooking pots did not have the matching tops so I had to use a baking sheet pan to cover the pot. I also think having colander to drain pasta would be a good idea. There were two dish towels to dry dishes, which was nice, but there were not any dish rags to clean the countertop surfaces. The shower on the bottom level only released a small amount of water which made it unusable. Overall a great time and the property is beautiful. It just would’ve been really nice to have those little extras in the kitchen.

Gorgeous!

Our family loved this property! The rooms were so spacious and the decks were huge. Loved the boat slip and the extra storage that the property manager offered for the boat trailer. Would 10/10 recommend!

Nice place on the water

Very nice property. Feels spacious. Well insulated. We had loud neighbors on the patio but you couldn't hear them too much with the doors closed. There were a couple of small things I didn't like - the pots and pans were terrible to cook with and the prep knives were terrible. Some guests took over the pool with loud music which I thought was inconsiderate and I wish the property managers had said something or maybe that they would post a rule about bringing loud music to the pool. But aside from that we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect get away!

This place was great place to stay, great location, great amenities! We really liked the cleanliness of the house! I think maybe if possible a better broom, or vacuum. We really enjoyed it overall! Would love to come back again!

Very Satisfied!

Were were very satisfied with our recent stay. Clean and just as described. The pellet ice maker was a very nice surprise! Seemed a little much that in addition to renting the property we also had to rent one of the boat slips (vs. it just being included with the stay), but no other complaints really. We enjoyed the place and had a great stay.

Amazing beach escape

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at the Fair Winds. The community is quiet and relaxing, with excellent amenities in the Yacht club (fitness center, games, pool with TWO slides) and activities at night for the kids. A personal dock on the back for boats with amazing views of the sunset in the evenings. Close to the beach, walking distance if you're willing to walk 10 - 15 min or so, or a 3 minute drive. Townhouse is well furnished and clean. My kids are already asking when we can go back! We would happily stay here again in the future!

Beach Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at the beach, great amenities and beautiful sunsets . Would like to make several recommendations for the property, update the amenities to include a Keurig, we bought a filter and coffee grounds anticipating a regular coffee maker as listed. Would also find having wine opener, wine glasses, cheese grater and hangers helpful. Thanks again!!

Bayside townhome

Great stay, loved the decks and husband appreciated slip for boat. Great time fishing, beaches close by, property had many fun things for kids to do like game room, 2 pools, basketball half court, and pickle ball court. House was clean and beautifully decorated, had everything needed for cooking. Husband loved the ice maker machine! Recommend property clean pool more frequently and recommend a table for deck, as would be great to eat out there. Overall an awesome stay, had a wonderful time.

The property was very nice and clean. I’m glad it was also close to the beach.

Family Vacation

We loved stay here for our summer vacation in Corpus Christi. This is a great place for fishing and family gathering. Property has everything you needed. The view was awesome. We didn't have any issue during our stay. But if you ever have any issue, just text them the message, and they will answer right away. If we ever come back to Corpus Christi, we will definitely book here again.

Awesome unit

The unit is very clean and updated. Great views. This specific unit is only one unit away from the pool and 3 minute drive to whitecapap beach. Overall great location. The pool is only 4 ft except for the slide area which is 4ft 6 in. But still a very much enjoyable pool. They have two charcoal grills located behind the pool and two propane grills. The unit is provided with a toaster, air fryer, keurig coffee maker, lots of silver ware/ plates, a sonic ice maker, cooking dishes. They even provide beach chairs and a canopy. How awesome is that. Overall rate our stay here a 10. Would definitely stay here again.
