The happy hour snacks were not so happy at all. I’ve been to other Embassy Suites and this one is far beyond sad. The pool was closed due to a problem during spring break. It was the indoor pool that got me to pick this hotel. I’m never staying at this hotel again.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the pool was closed during my visit (Spring Break). This was quite unexpected and inconvenient, as it was one of the amenities I was looking forward to enjoying. Additionally, I must mention that the quality of breakfast was below my expectations. The variety and freshness of the items seemed lacking, which impacted my overall experience.

Out of service pool

I paid the extra money for this hotel because of the indoor pool and the pool was out of service our whole stay. They offered us a sister hotel pool but it was outside and the wind and heat were terrible in corpus as usual that's why we booked an indoor pool hotel. And the rooms are kinda run down

The vote was nice. Did not realize it’s very close to freeway. With that in mind the noise from freeway you can hear in your room. Was a bit noisy trying to fall asleep. The rooms are nice but they are in need of an update. overall, it was okay.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and comfy. I appreciated that they put us on the first floor. The breakfast was great and we loved the pool. We visit Corpus 2x a year and we won’t be staying anywhere else going forward.

The heater didn’t work properly and it was extremely cold in the room. The staff advised they were out of portable heaters but did give us additional blankets.
