Our Padre Island townhome - Endless Summer at Nemo Cay – welcomes your family vacation or group getaway of up to 10 people!

This townhome is new inside and features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus plenty of open living space for your group to spend time together before and after the beach.

Speaking of the beach: it’s a 5-minute drive!

Or stay closer to home. The Nemo Cay Resort townhome community provides excellent, family-friendly amenities. Kids love the huge, splash-ready pool with fountain features and nearby playground equipment. For adults, there are poolside shaded cabanas and charcoal grilling areas. Flip burgers while the kids have fun in the pool!

INSIDE THE TOWNHOUSE

Endless Summer at Nemo Cay features a warm color pallet, beautifully stained concrete floors, comfortable furnishings, elegant amenities and eclectic artwork that sets it apart from neighboring properties! The interior is spotless and all furniture and appliances are top-notch.

Three bedrooms, plus a fold-out sofa bed, sleep 10 guests total.

Downstairs is our beautiful king suite with an en-suite bath and laundry room. Four can sleep in the first guest bedroom on the second floor, which has two twin beds with trundles under them. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

Another big perk: 2 full bathrooms. No need to wait in line for a shower after the beach or pool!

The living area has another flatscreen plus comfy furniture including a sleeper sofa. Glass doors lead to the gravel outdoor area.

Cooking is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and granite counters are on-hand to help with everything from quick snacks to full meals. And our cabinets are fully stocked with everything you need to cook. While you make dinner, you can keep an eye on the kids—or keep up with the conversation—thanks to the open-concept layout.

When dinner’s ready, serve it at the dining table for 6 plus 3 more at the kitchen counter breakfast bar.

LOCATION

The complex boasts lush tropical landscaping and is in a secluded yet central spot on North Padre Island.

Great for families, you can easily enjoy beautiful beaches, great fishing, golf, surfing and so much more. The complex has plenty to enjoy as well, including a deluxe community swimming pool with a shallow water area for the kids, spray fountains, cabanas, charcoal BBQ grills, and a playground.

Visiting in the winter? You will enjoy the heated pool as well.

Walk to Rock and Rolls Sushi Lounge for Japanese cuisine. It's a couple minutes away on foot!

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
