Overall, amazing! Will stay there again!! Pros - Super dog and toddler friendly! The few lower decor items were easy enough to move to higher ground for safe keeping. So much natural light ans beautiful views. The description said to bring coffee filters and grounds, which we did, but there was indeed a machine that used pods & that was a nice surprise. Patio balcony is way bigger than I thought it'd be, and we spent so much time out there!! Ocean views and pool views. The complex is a bit dated, but seriously great!! Pool was nice and cool, with some broken plaster, but not a huge deal. Hot tub was hot and bubbly! There is a fish cleaning station and sand rinse off area near the parking area. Boardwalk is right outside the parking area, and you can drive much of the way and park near the dunes so it's easy beach access. Drive on beach access was just a couple of miles away. Comfy bed & recliner! Laundry in unit. Lots of mindful touches. Cons - Lots of stairs, and they are pretty steep. A few of the blinds were broken, but we had them raised the whole time to take in the views anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Some of the furniture is in pretty rough shape. The coffee table is so weak that we were scared a sneeze would cause it to collapse. The two outdoor chairs had broken pieces. The USB chargers next to the bed were a great surprise, but barely worked - you have to wiggle it just right, like there's a short or something. Dishwasher was clean, but smelled horrible.
