Beautifully decorated brand new house in fabulous quiet neighborhood. Relax on our nearby beaches, swim in the pristine pool, or explore some of the best fishing in Rockport - this is the perfect location. A five minute drive to charming downtown Rockport, where you can enjoy some of the best seafood in the gulf, visit a number of watering holes, or just stroll along the seashore.

3 bedroom, 2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining area, and a very fun 'pop-up' bar downstairs, great for drinks and eats after a long day fishing or beaching. There is a grill and an outdoor shower for your use, as well!

There is a blow up mattress for a single person, if needed.

Perfect House on Stilts

We had an amazing stay at this property. Great location for accessing everything around Port A. Everything was super easy and convenient. House appears to be brand new and is very well decorated.

Great Getaway

This house is a gem along with the host. Jennifer is super communicative and very welcoming. She has thought of all kinds of extras that make your stay just so much easier. The beds are simply amazing! All 3 beds are memory foam and super comfy. I usually add a memory foam topper to all beds when traveling, we literally didn't need it at all. The shower downstairs is an amazing plus so that you do not track sand all through the house. We also really enjoyed the outdoor grill and bar. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can prepare meals easily. I would greatly recommend this house. We are already looking to book again for next summer.

Fun weekend in Rockport, Texas

I planned a small getaway for my sister to celebrate her upcoming wedding. This beach house was beautiful and had everything you could think of in the kitchen. The beds were SO comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the house playing games and binging Netflix. The owner of the home was so sweet and quick to respond and help with any recommendations we needed. H‑E‑B, Walmart, Tropical Cafe, and a couple other restaurants are right down the street. We loved taking the ferry to Port A, we ate at a place called Grumbles. I recommend! I’m leaving such a long review, because I was hesitant to book when I saw there wasn’t many reviews. It’s a new property and so worth the trip! I plan on returning with my children and husband. Thank you so much for hosting us!
