It’s Gulf-front and gorgeous at Cinnamon Shore South! With commanding Gulf views and quick walk to the beach, this newly built three-story home with an elevator makes it a primo place to spend a relaxing beach vacation. This 5-bedroom stunner has exquisite interiors, and four king suites + bunk room + bonus hall bunks provide plenty of room for family and friends. Extras include a game room!
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as a cabana-lined infinity pool with hammocks and sun deck; a 7-acre lake stocked with fish; a lakeside boardwalk; a community pier; bridge-side overlook pavilions, and a playscape. A family pool with a splash pad is set to open by Fall 2023. You can also access amenities at nearby Cinnamon Shore North: three pools, a fishing dock, fitness center, Town Center activities, and restaurants that include a Mediterranean bistro and pizzeria.
MAIN LIVING: The primary living area centers on a gorgeous fireplace with designer marble ledgestone surround. The large flat-screen TV hangs above a 100 year old rustic wood beam mantle where you can watch movies from a cozy sitting area. Dining for 12 at the table and for 8 on stools at the kitchen island ensure there’s a seat for everyone. The kitchen, with white cabinetry and professional-grade gas range, wine refrigerator and stainless appliances, has everything you need. The entire open-concept space is wrapped in beachy shiplap under soaring ceilings, while transom windows and French doors leading to Gulf-side balcony flood the room with natural light and ocean views. You can also enjoy the view with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas fire pit out on the balcony. A family room on the second floor and a game room on the first offer other fun spots to hang out and relax.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Unwind in the private primary king suite under gabled roofline on the third floor. It accesses a balcony with town views, while a barn door slides open to reveal the spa-like primary bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. A second primary suite with driftwood hues and wainscoting also opens to a balcony, and it offers a desk for a laptop or workstation. Two more second-floor king suites have signature woodwork and luxe bedding, and they access a shared rear balcony with direct Gulf views over the dunes. Hall bunks in between the two suites make room for more. On the first floor, the primary bunk room offers twin-over-full bunks, sleeping six, and it opens to a dune-side patio and grass area.
