Beautiful, white, Hunter-Douglas motorized shades have been installed in the living room and bedroom to provide lift filtering and privacy. When fully opened, slide open the doors to the 27 foot patio that includes plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views. This is the perfect place to sip coffee, wine, or your other favorite beverages as you watch the waves roll in!
