I booked a multiple day reservation. I was sick on Friday, so I feel obligated to pay for this one day. Kerrville was frozen the next 5 days. I contacted the Holiday Inn, and was shuttled to Expedia. I called Expedia and was unable to get anyone to deal with this issue. Eventually I received word that neither Expedia or Holiday Inn would cancel the reservation. I will attempt to reconcile this issue with American Express. I have been a Club member of Holiday Inn for 10 plus years.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Hotel was clean as well as my room. Bar was wrll stocked and bar food was very good. The area was quiet and my bed was comfortable. I got a great night's sleep. And only 8 minutes drive (with morning traffic) to thevairport. I will not hesitate to stay here in the future!

The staff is friendly. It is an older hotel that has obviously seen better days. They try to put a spin on it. Appears to have longer terms rentals in a tower. The rooms are huge no view of anything other than a depressed part of the town. Roads entering are poorly maintained. Hallways are dark and one can smell mold and moisture in the air. Did not feel safe parking the car there. The hotel recently remodeled the rooms. That's where it stops however. However, water system has an odor that you can smell all day on your skin and the AC system will leave your sinsuses needing allergy meds. It is in a questionable part of Corpus. I would not stay there again.

The staff mostly hid in the back room behind the counter. The room was clean,but t he drains didnt work and t he bathtub had been painted and was peeling. Internet was misconfigured. The parking lot was in poor repair, dark, and scary. We had to force the door shut. Overall,very disappointing
