Room was clean, bed was so comfortable the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. When we got there the pool was dirty but this sweet lady with pink hair was outside cleaning it and she made it sparkle! She was so kind and made sure we had towels. She was out there working hard and she was so kind! Another nice lady kept the breakfast full and everything was fresh and tasted good! Overall we had a great experience 10/10

It was only a one-night stay but it was perfect! I hadn't stayed in a Holiday Inn since being a child and traveling with my parents. There was no where else we could stay because we were coming in pretty late. I was shocked. Better than the last few BWs I have stayed in including the one near Lubbock that was way over priced for its value. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again or giving another Holiday Inn Express a try.

The staff was really nice, however our room was not clean at check in. Trash in the trash can and on bathroom floor, food items in the fridge and one towel. We were moved to another room and no wash cloths and there was dirt/ sand on one bed. Trash stayed on the floor by the ice machine and never saw housekeeping.
