The hotel is near the waterfront which is awesome. But the building needs a remodel it is very outdated and the rooms need to be updated with better bathroom doors the barn doors were terrible. The beds were great the a/c was not working properly. And the room had a door to the next room which did not give us proper privacy since we could hear the loud noise and sound from the room next to us. And why do they charge for parking shouldn’t that be included with your stay

Called ahead about how old you have to be to check in. They told me 18 but when my daughter arrived they did not allow her to. To make it worse she tried to check in at 4, check in time, and they said her room wasn’t ready. She waited there an hour and a half!!!!! They told her it was ready then said you can’t check in. The last was rude on the phone. They did refund me but why not, they gave her room away because they were so busy so they got more money for it I’m sure.

The hallways were very loud and come to find out it was the staff housekeeping congregating outside the rooms/ hallways. They need to take their meetings elsewhere instead of the hallways. keep voices to a minimum.

The property is nice and is located right on the beach. It was clean and the staff was courteous. The charges that were excessive, in my opinion, were the $14.99 per person breakfast buffet and $10.00 per day parking. It is a pet friendly facility that I appreciate. Overall, we had a good stay but for more than a few days i would look for a condo or house.

Property could use some upgrades. The inside could use some wall repairs. Our tub could have used some maintenance as well. We also did not like that there was no seating furniture on the balcony of the room. Other than that the place was alright for a coastal hotel.

Pictures look nothing like the hotel. Pool chairs are half broken. Everything is dirty. I get it, we are right by the beach, but they should be cleaning constantly. We got our room at 5:30. If you think you’ll get your room sooner, will not happen.

I arrived 40 minutes after recommended check in time and they stated that no rooms were ready and we were to wait until there was rooms ready. Several families were also waiting so i departed and stayed elsewhere.

They were so rude and let us cancel our reservation instead of just letting us check out an hour later. Almost ruined our trip except we got a much better deal across the street. Cheaper, cleaner and more amenities at the holiday inn

Not the best for the cost

I was told no smoking on property and the 2nd floor smelled like nothing but weed. I know it was spring break but there were cockroaches in the lobby and garbage everywhere. Beer cans, pizza boxes, food containers, garbage cans were overflowing. We tried to leave at 430 am and there was no security, no front desk, no one for a hot minute. We finally called the front desk at 6 and was able to get someone to jump start our car. Two females with a small child at 430 and no help, not good.

New administration, everything was very limited, no regular coffe and water in the room, no options for regular lunch ir dinner, only one opcion for breakfast. Our roo. Was assigned to an other guest and the guest key open our room at 8pm. No room services, no good service for the money that we paid.
