The town offers plenty of opportunities to sail, surf, kayak, or kiteboard along the Gulf Coast. You can also visit the Botanical Gardens or spend a day at the Museum of Science and History.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Located at the pool and hot tub area. The cameras are so the HOA can keep an eye on the area and make sure the rules are being followed. Rules are posted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
