A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Inside, the bright interior, expansive windows with plantation shutters, and adorable beach decor will greet you with open arms and allow everyone to slip into the coastal mindset in no time. Entertaining the whole gang will be a blast in the lower level of this getaway featuring a living area complete with a Smart TV, plush sofa, and seating for everyone that is ideal for movie nights and reminiscing with loved ones. Plus, the stylish full kitchen with a gas range is more than ready to assist with preparing anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal.

The fully furnished front porch is an adorable space to gather for breakfast, dinner, or sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is an active Ring Doorbell camera at the front door facing the walkway.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
