This 2/2 condo comfortably sleeps 6. The open floor plan design of the living/dining area will be perfect for family time.
The living area has a matching loveseat & sofa, an end table with lamps, and a TV w/WIFI and Spectrum cable.
The grand glass dining table has seating for 6, with additional seating at the bar with 2 barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new stainless-steel appliances, both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.
There is an ample size laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use. BD1) is the Bayside bedroom, it is complete with 2 twin size beds, a nightstand, a lamp, a chest for your beach clothing, a closet, and a TV with WIFI and cable. The full bath BA1) located in the hallway has a tiled tub/shower combo and sink with a granite countertop.
Across from the living area is BD2) the master bedroom with a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, a walk-in closet, and a TV w/WIFI and cable. The full ensuite bath BA2) has a beautiful walk-in shower and a sink with a granite countertop.
The outside patio area can be accessed by the master bedroom or the living area, both sides have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Sit out here and enjoy the ocean breezes as you gaze at the water. Watch the kids & families on the beach as they build castles & memories together. The best is when you can watch as that big moon rises up out of the water at night.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
