Beautiful and modern two-story condo. The first level has a fabulous kitchen with bar seating and all stainless steel appliances. A convenient laundry closet is available for all of your post beach and pool needs! The spacious dining area with buffet offers elegant in-home dining for the family. Watch a movie in the cozy main living room or lounge on the first balcony the overlooks the Town Center movie screen and live music pavilion.
The king bedroom with ensuite bathroom in on the first level. The twin bedroom and hall bathroom are also on the first floor. The 2nd level has a second living area with a fun arcade game and a set of snuggly bunk beds for more little ones. Enjoy more fresh air on the second balcony overlooking the Town Center. A convenient hall bathroom services the second level, including the queen bedroom that has a private entry.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
