Community Considerations
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all.
- Pet Policy:
+ We’re happy to welcome one pet with a total pet fee of $300, this includes a $150 pet stay fee and a $150 refundable deposit, which will be returned after your stay as long as there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
+ Additional pets must be approved prior to booking.
+ Pets must be disclosed at booking, undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee.
+ For their safety and comfort, please do not leave pets unattended. If you need to step out, kindly provide them with a safe and contained space such as a kennel or similar setup.
+ Pet Cleanliness: We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds to help with cleaning after checkout. Please avoid letting them use the mini golf grass in the backyard as a potty spot.

- Beach Towels: We don’t provide beach towels, so please remember to bring your own for those sunny beach days!
*** We kindly ask guests to avoid sitting on furniture with wet or sandy clothing.
- Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are in place. Please do not tamper with them; violations will result in a $500 fine.
- No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited. A $300 fine will be applied for violations.
- No Fireworks: For safety reasons, fireworks are not allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and lead to immediate cancellation without a refund.
