We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The bed and living room furniture were comfy. The location is excellent. We enjoyed the quiet morning and evenings on the patio. The kitchen was well equipped, but we visited local restaurants for fresh seafood. We will definitely book this location again! Thank you!

This condo provides a great view of the Gulf of America. If the living room was rearranged, it would even be better (the TV was in front of the glass window facing the Gulf).

The location to the beach and the air conditioner gets a 10. The unit itself could use some improvements. Bathroom fixtures were older and shower water pressure is lacking. Kitchen isn't stocked or organized well and could use a refresh. All drawers and cabinets could use a wipe down as a bit dirty. In the picture it showed a regular coffee pot and turned out to be a K-Cup so we purchased items that weren't needed but appreciated some K-Cups being available for use. There are only two chairs on the balcony which was fine for us but wouldn't be if traveling with others. Everyone was friendly in the area and was a lovely place to visit.

The property is steps from the beach allowing for beautiful sunrises and sunset walks. The pool was refreshing and the check in staff were very friendly. The only issue is the water pressure in the second bathroom shower is not great. This was our first time in the area and the condo met our needs well.
