Great quiet place to relax with family. Pool at hot tub awesome. Each cottage is very nice with outside rockers and a bbq pit. This is the 4th or 5th stay for our family and we will continue to use this pleasant facility.

This property overall was great except it seems a lot of non-guest came to the pool area. Wrist bands should be offered. We also found a roach on our bed. The person at the office was so helpful via phone and in person that these issues can be overlooked. We will come back!

First of all the property is amazing. I enjoy staying here. But had my first bad experience memorial weekend. I stayed in cabin 12. Checked in and left to enjoy beautiful Rockport. Finally came in to cabin late that’s when the r problems started. Toilet would not flush I called every number supplied but no answer. Left messages and no response. So I messed up working in the toilet myself. Had to take my wife to corner store to use restroom. The time to goto bed. Bed has a huge soft spot in the middle of mattress so we sink in. Very uncomfortable. Next morning still no answer to my phone messages. Goto office still closed. So we decided to leave and stay elsewhere because sleeping on that bed was impossible. Finally got in touch with the office and told them about our situation. Management never called back and never even tried to respond to my complaint. Very disappointed with management of this property. I have enjoyed this property before at other cabins.

2/5 Stars. Age is showing would stay at lower rate

We’ve been staying here for several years. Unfortunately its age is starting to show. Con’s - Shower frame flexed as you stood on it. - Toilet plug was broken and you had to stick you hand in it after every flush to fix it. - A/C didn’t work well and room hit about 79 at night when it was set to 60. Very uncomfortable. - Sheets had a stain. - I attempted to call front desk to address issues or at least be compensated, but could never reach them when I could call to address issues. I didn’t mention it at check out and was just told “Oh, I’ll be sure to let my Manager know.” A discount would have been nice since I didn’t get much sleep. There were some good points. Pros - While cottage to yourself. No wall to wall neighbors. - Kitchen included. Coffee maker. Stove. Oven. Microwave. Sink. Pots and pans. And full size fridge with freezer. - Nice private pier for guests. - Decent pool and hot tub available. Better than most 3 star stays. - Larger villa available for rent.

I didnt receive any information on the place i stayed at until i arrived. No body to check in with at front desk, only a phone fir off site person (zoe) who gave me instructions. The place needs work, back patio is overgrown and the grill is corroded. Looks like another quest bought a cheap grill at walmart to use in,its place. Floors were dirty. Wasnt able to use pool or jacuzi due to murky water and debris. Its a nice place if someone put a little effort. The dishwasher rack is corroded and the kitchen utensils were dirty. The whole resort is nice if you have several families to stay in cabins. Overall i would stay again if they cleaned it up alittle. Absolutely not worth the $700 bucks 2 nites, 3bedroom. Especially since we wernt able to use the pool and the grill. People who were staying there, mostly from san antonio, were friendly.

The shower was either hot water or cold water nothing in between. My wife and i both had to take cold showers. The bed advertised as a queen we got a full size.
