Just off 11th Street near the beach, golf cart rentals & The Texan, it offers ample parking and is right next to the community pool. The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing without feeling cramped. Primary bedroom on the first floor with three more bedrooms and a second living area upstairs. For larger groups check out our sister property located directly across the pool, Coral Breeze PPV400! The two houses combined, offer 8 bedrooms accommodating 26!

- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $150.00+tax, per pet, per stay short term, $250 + tax, per pet, per stay long term. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Overall, the house was great. Excellent size for our large group, close to the beach, clean, well stocked. Management was responsive when needed. My only (small) negative is the bedding was very uncomfortable- sheets felt like sandpaper and did not fit beds well. Still worth the 5 stars and I’d stay here again, my advice would just be to bring your own sheets!

Family Beach Vacation

We go to the beach every year and this property definitely tops all that we have experienced. The house is beautiful and conveniently located with easy beach access. The unit was stocked with all the essentials that we needed and the host was very east to communicate with and was quick to respond. Having the pool right out the back door was a definite plus. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect vacation home!

We were so impressed with this lovely home. So much space, all modern amenities, location was great. If there’s anything we’d change, we’d like more bath towels and the pool seemed a little dirty. But that doesn’t take away from how awesome this rental home is. Don’t hesitate to stay here…we will definitely be back!

Best place to stay

This place is prime location. It will take you longer loading in the car than it would to actually drive to the beach. It is a bit down from all the restaurants and shopping spots but not too far. The house setup is amazing. Plenty of room that you are not bumping into everyone at every corner. It was very reasonably priced too. We will definitely be booking that place again.

Big Kahuna Palm PPV300 Condo by Port A Escapes

Everything about this property was perfect. The layout and design allowed us to have 6 young adults stay upstairs with more than enough sleeping options without using a fold-out couch plus have 2 full baths upstairs. They had their own apartment style living upstairs with a large balcony and outdoor stairs from there to the first floor- adjacent the pool. This gave my wife and I the downstairs and master suite to enjoy in peace. A well set up kitchen with a small mini kitchen (bar) upstairs, including an ice machine. Washer and dryer work great. Room for three cars and a golf cart. Decor was classy and high quality. Quality finishing on what looks to be no more than a couple year old property. Very modern and current. There was even a astro turf area for dogs to use out back, between the buildings. Pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Access is with a code.
