The Best Little Oar House was designed for groups who like to gather. Living room/kitchen/dining/bar are all open concept and make up over 60% of the sq footage.

2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. King bed in master with private bathroom. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with stainless appliances. To maximize larger groups who want to spread out sleeping arrangements, the sectional is a pull out full size bed and extra linens/pillows are available in the hutch. There is also a pack n play in the guest room closet an high chair for guests to use if needed.
