From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing... --This unit also has a private balcony off one master bedroom suite... Fabulous perks in a brand new, one-of-kind property.

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 2400sf unit with all the bells and whistles.
