Relax Inn-SM156 is a centrally located, and freshly remodeled, 1/1 condo located in the Seamist condo complex. Steps away from the beach with boardwalk access. This condo has a full bedroom suite, with a king bed, a bathroom with a double vanity, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably! Amenities include open entertaining friendly floor plan, full size washer/dryer, and a shared pool. In the golf cart zone.
Rules: must be over 25 years old to rent, and there must be a person over 25 on site during the duration of the rental period. No Smoking and No Pets please.

VRBO check-out clarification - you are going to see a $500 "refundable deposit paid at property" message as part of your booking summary. This is due to our booking system that runs the house behind the scenes, and controls our damage policy. The system will put a HOLD on the credit card on file for the $500 to cover any damages the day of check-in. We do not charge anything unless there is warranted damage, which at that time, actual cost of damages will be billed, even if it's more than the $500.
Technology Disclosure: This house has 2 security cameras. One at the front door in the smart doorbell, and one on the front patio facing the parking lot. There are NO cameras on the inside or facing the pool. There is also a Minut sound detection system installed in the house. This device DOES NOT record what is being said, but it monitors decibel levels and will let a guest know when they are being too loud.

Very Clean!!!

Room smelled very good and everything was very clean. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Having washer and dryer was very handy!
