Welcome to this charming house in Corpus Christi. This gorgeous property features 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed(with full, twin and trundle twin), and 1 full bed, spread across 3 bedrooms. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this peaceful retreat. Whether you're looking to explore the city, take a quick drive to the beach, or simply enjoy a quiet getaway, this excellent house is the perfect choice for your next vacation. We look forward to hosting you at our place.(There is a 1 bedroom rear dwelling-not included). Perfect location for refinery workers from out of town working on turn arounds or other contrution projects. Right off of I 37. Easy access to Padre Island Drive or donwtown attractions, included the Aquarium, SS Lexintion, Selena Memorial,North Beach, much more. I was unable to add all the photos I have so I can give you more once you book. Crib, high chair, queen air mattress, available upong request.Aut key pad entry, ( There is a single lady tenant in a one bedroom house on the rear of the property who has no auto, is respectful, helpful,) I have a full time maintainence man who can usually come immediately if needed. Property has pest control contract for interior insects. Newly, totally remodelded with all new ac system, including duct work. Both front and back yards are spearately fenced. Front Chain link, Back privacy wood. Covered front porch, Older neighborhhod with some houses newly remodelded, some (frame) not. All immediate neighbors are home owners,many related, who carefully watch the neighborhood. This house has new windows, door, hardy backer siding. All new electric and plumbing, including all inside fixtures, new interior doors and hinges, New kitchen , new cabinets, quartz counters, Stainless fridge, stove, and mocrowave, Bar area as well as dining table for eating. Very expert remdel. There are both a separate dining room and alundry room.
