Welcome to your first floor, Gulf Coast retreat! This lovely remodeled modern efficiency condo offers fantastic views of the Port Aransas beach and is perfect for up to 2 guests.
The sleeping area has a full and twin sized daybed outfitted with resort-style linens, and the living space is complete with 2 rocking chairs situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows. There is also a large, flat screen television with DirectTV streaming.
If you are in the mood to cook during your getaway, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishware and cookware to adequately prepare several meals. In addition to the stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. A small bar table is located right next to the fridge, adding lots of counter space.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled and upgraded with modern fixtures. There is a large vanity for getting ready and several drawers and cabinets to store more personal belongings and toiletries. Also a walk in shower perfect for freshening up after a long day.
