The brand new décor comes with worry-free furnishings which include linens, new granite counters throughout, galley style kitchen with pantry and clean white appliances, microwave, standard coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware to meet all of your culinary needs. Great location and size, but the apartment reeked of mildew and I had a terrible reaction to it. It’s an overwhelming smell of mold. I’m sure that naturally comes along with living by the ocean, but I do feel like it needs to be explained in the listing in case someone like myself has a terrible mold allergy, they can take that into consideration. I messaged the manager and they said they could send cleaners but never responded after that. Cleaners cannot get out that smell. It needs to be clear before people reserve.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

Very comfortable condos. Inviting landscape and amenities. Close to beach. We were one of four families renting in the complex for the week. Everything is great but the beds could use some mattress toppers to soften them up. Otherwise perfect. This condo is one of our favorite places to stay on the island.

Great location

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable. It's probably a 10 minute walk to the beach although not close enough if you have a lot of beach gear. There's not a lot of options in PortA with direct beach access - this condo is the next best. It's back patio overlooks the pool which is a nice sized pool. What's lacking: it's an older complex and the walls are thin, but inside of condo is in good condition.
