This unit is in an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Additionally, the building itself is not managed by us and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us.
