The two primary bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and twin size trundle. The third floor boasts the living, kitchen, dining areas as well as a fourth bedroom with a king size bed. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. There is an elevator accessible to all three floors. Conveniently located right across from the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.
