PETS: *Please select “Pets” in the guest section of your inquiry to add Pets to your reservation. Pets require authorization, pet fee and pet addendum. Emotional Support Animals are considered Pets and will require the pet fee and pet addendum. Bringing pets to the home that have not been requested prior to check in is strictly prohibited and may result in automatic cancelation of booking and eviction and/or additional fees. Please note that we only allow approved dogs. Cats or any other species are not permitted. Maximum of 2 pets are permitted.

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: The minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five (25) years. Owners may request a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent.

MAXIMUM NOISE ORDINANCE:
- Seventy (70) dB(A) between the hours of 8:01 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 7:01 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. - Sixty (60) dB(A) between the hours of 11:01 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.
- Eighty-five (85) dB(A) for sound that both originates from and is received on property within the Entertainment District, at all times.
