Five bedrooms and suites have designer touches you’ll love, and the stunning main living space will be your favorite place to hang out after a day on the beach!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Under a striking, steeply pitched roofline, the 2nd-floor main space spreads out in grand, but relaxing style. In the well-stocked kitchen, an enormous island stretches behind the living room and opens to a dining area, keeping your group connected. Five, cane-backed bar-height chairs pull up to the island for casual meals, while the dining table seats 10. The living room area offers cozy seating with colorful pillows that set a beachy scene, while coastal sunlight streams through double rows of transom-topped windows. French doors open to an amazing balcony that wraps one side of the home. It’s shaded by a pergola and features outdoor dining and seating areas for enjoying beach breezes and community views.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, three bedrooms are designed for families and guests. In one clever bunk room, a queen bed tucks into a nook flanked by two ladders that lead to two, twin top bunks built-in above it—great for a young family of four. Through a shared bath with tub/shower, you’ll find a second bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks plus a trundle. Finally, a first-floor king bedroom provides airy, shutter-lined retreat.
The luxe, second-floor primary king suite opens to the balcony and offers a stunning private bath with a soaking tub backed by wall of show-stopping tilework + shower and dual sinks. The third-floor primary suite is equally stunning, with private, open-air deck and bird’s eye views; a wet bar at the top of the stairs; and lovely bathroom. The third floor belongs exclusively to this cozy, private retreat.

GREAT FEATURES: A first-floor seating area, including a cozy sleeper sofa, has nautical stripes, flatscreen TV, and tile-backed wet bar makes a great place for small groups to gather or entertain. The back patio features a beautiful and cozy fire pit for the entire family to enjoy year-round. A cheerful mud room behind a sliding door doubles as a laundry room. And a garage and driveway offer easy golf cart and vehicle parking.
