AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space, including Tailwind Park and others. Enjoy a lakeside wooden boardwalk; a community pier; fishing pavilions, and a playscape for the kids. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The heart of the home is the second-floor gathering space, connecting living room, gourmet kitchen, and dining. The all-in-one floor plan maximizes natural light and views of the charming community. Sink into a plush, sectional sofa for together time. Enjoy the grand kitchen featuring top-of-the-line stainless appliances, gas range, quartz countertops, and an island with farmhouse sink and stool seating for casual dining. Generous cabinetry, a wine fridge, and rear grilling balcony make entertaining and cookouts easy! The adjacent dining table seats 8, while 8 more can sit on the front dining balcony for al fresco memories.
On the first floor, a secondary living area has nautical flair, a wine fridge, and a TV for smaller groups to enjoy.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Two primary king suites on the third floor have mirror amenities and sumptuous style. Both offer elegant seating areas, charming desks, and access to private balconies with peekaboo Gulf views! One king bed features an impressive, tufted headboard, the other, a bed in charming ticking stripe. Private bathrooms both feature walk-in showers with dual shower heads. On the first level, a third elegant king suite is a haven for another couple, and a bunk room with four built-ins that sleep 4 guest and private bunk bath beckons the kids.

GREAT FEATURES: For your convenience, our home is equipped with two different internet service providers to maximize connectivity. While service on the barrier island can sometimes be unpredictable, we strive to offer the best possible access during your stay. A powder room and two laundry areas make it easy to host a crowd. The rear entry offers a place to stash beach gear and hooks for towels. Charming from the top to bottom, the home even has a front porch swing.
