Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. A friendly front porch opens to an entry hall that leads to the expansive main living and rear grilling porch. In the gracious living room, sink into comfortable seating under a handsome, beam-lined ceiling. This friendly, first-floor gathering space brims with natural light, so you always feel the coastal connection! This living area is backed by the sophisticated kitchen and dining room, where you can serve meals to remember. At the dining table, wicker benches join blue, slipcovered chairs to seat eight. Wicker, bar-height stools seat four along the oversized kitchen island, where a gas range and stainless hood facilitate coastal cooking. You’ll have every tool and utensil you need, along with an ice maker, drop-in sink, more stainless appliances, and plenty of sleek, counter space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a serene, king bedroom welcomes guests, served by a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Up a well-crafted stairwell with paneling and fine detailing, a landing leads to more three bedrooms. The primary king suite offers a rattan bed frame under coffered ceiling. It opens to a luxe ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-front wet room, with a shower head and soaking tub set inside and surrounded by marbleized tile walls. A second king suite on this level exudes a calming palette of cream-colored sand and surf and offers a private, ensuite bathroom with glass-front shower. Finally, a cozy bunk room with twin-over-queen bunk makes a great set-up for families, and it accesses a shared bathroom with glass-front shower.

GREAT FEATURES: A hallway entry is lined with a built-in bench and custom cubbies to create a mud room and drop zone. A second-floor seating area makes a prime reading nook, while the balcony offers a bar-height table and chairs with views toward the Gulf! This home is thoughtfully equipped with everything your children may need, including a baby gate, high chair, baby monitor, booster seat, baby bath tub, portable crib, and two pac n' plays, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible!
