Conveniently located only minutes from Redfish Bay, the best flats fishing in Texas - accessible from Conn Brown Harbor or the wonderful, hidden Navigation District boat ramp just two blocks away. Only a short golf cart ride and you’ll find fantastic seafood restaurants, breakfast tacos for those early fishing mornings, or the HEB at the end of the street if you choose to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a drink or the coastal breeze on the old school boardwalk porch, or barbecue under the covered back patio.
