The Villa is a 5,000 square ft house featuring a private pool and observation deck overlooking the Pelican Bay Resort pier and beautiful Aransas Bay. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full size kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, comfortable living area, game room with pool table, wet bar, and enclosed private courtyard.
