Tropical Oasis Cottage #2 at 424 West Avenue East is a single-story modern-design cottage built around a private fenced-in tropical yard with a limestone patio, outdoor dining, fire pit, and grill. Inside, the open-concept living area flows into a full kitchen with an island, wine glasses stocked and ready, and a layout that's been consistently noted as clean, well-stocked, and right-sized. The private entrance keeps the feel of having the space entirely to yourselves, and the secured yard is why guests traveling with dogs book this one specifically.
THE LAYOUT
Open-concept single-story: living area with Smart TV and sofa sleeper, dining area, and full kitchen with island all in the same footprint. Private fenced-in yard accessible from the main level. In-unit washer and dryer. The compound gate connects to Cottage #1 for groups that book both units.
THE KITCHEN
Full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Kitchen island with stools and wine glasses. Dishes, utensils, and essentials included.
THE BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms sleep up to 6 across the home. Bedroom one has a queen bed; bedroom two has two twin/single beds. The living room sofa sleeper rounds out the sleeping for a group of 6. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided.
OUTDOOR
The fenced-in limestone patio yard is the main outdoor space: alfresco dining, a fire pit, and a grill for evening cookouts. An outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The secured yard is the reason this works well for guests traveling with dogs.
BEACH / LOCATION
The Ave G beach access is about a 5-minute golf-cart ride away. Golf carts are bookable through PAVC. The Alister Street shops, restaurants, and bars are roughly a 2-minute drive, with Castaways Seafood and Grill, FINS Grill and Icehouse, and Tortuga's Saltwater Grill nearby. Shorty's Place has been here since 1946. This unit can also be combined with Cottage #1 through PAVC for larger groups.
