Lovely place, and great staff. I think the DM was there checking it out and offered us the pool next door when our pool was closed! Very considerate and lovely man, we kept thanking him:) I do wish the water got boiling hot in the bathroom (my preference) but it got hot enough for regular people who don't like boiling alive! Guests were friendly too

The room (accessible) was good, very spacious and clean. Beds were okay (on the hard side), on demand smart tv was hit with kids, especially since the indoor pool was too cold to utilize. The breakfast was above average. I like that there wasn't any icky carpets, as they went with hard flooring when they updated. We have rewards membership that allows for a later checkout, which we were told wasn't a problem twice (check in and again at breakfast time) only to be called and told a late checkout was not avaliable and we had to vacate earlier than we planned.
