Conveniently located just 1 mile from downtown, this recently remodeled 3BR/3BA condo is a short jaunt from everything Port Aransas has to offer -- including popular area shops, dining, and entertainment. Walk just 525 yards to the beach. Drive 2 miles to Palmilla Golf Club.

LIVING AREA

Relax in a spacious and open living area that features muted colors, contemporary furnishings, and wood flooring throughout. Unwind with a movie on the 57” flat-screen TV. There’s seating for five on a love seat and queen-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen holds everything you need to create your favorite recipes. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range.

At mealtime, the dining room table seats six, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-level condo sleeps up to seven guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in a tranquil master suite furnished with a stately queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

In the second guest room, you’ll find a queen-size bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

It’s just a short walk across the parking lot to the unheated year-round community pool. Or walk just 525 yards to the beach!

Enjoyable little stay

Pretty little place we love it. Could have used a night stand in the med bedroom with the bathtub. Very clean and nice. Bathtub could have used new slip strips because they are worn. Short people need a step stool.

Nice for the price

Condo/ duplex was very nice & spacious inside. The kitchen was well equipped but wasn't sure what kind of coffee pot was furnished & didn't bring filters. Ample parking but was surprised how VERY small the pool was from the photos in the listing although it was very close to this unit. Also, thought we were just a boardwalk across the dunes away from the beach but found it was definitely not walkable.

Family getaway

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was just a few blocks from the beach and a short drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet at night which I very much appreciated. The pool was a nice plus for my kids to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone going to visit Port Aransas.

Some furniture issues.

There were 300 plus dollars in extra fees you are not aware of until your payment is taken. The vendor subleases the reservation to a maintenance agency Vacasa who essentially you contact about anything or questions Regarfing your stay. The things they do us what we thought we paid the vendor to do. So essentially they pass the cost they should be paying the agency to manage the reservation and you the customer two vendors. There are booking fees, cleaning fees, service fees, limited damage wavier, (have no idea what that is for), tax three times, for a two day stay. The unit was clean except there were soiled towels with what looked like blood and vomit under the bathroom sink. The sofa ottoman was dirty and stained. Sofas were dated and had slip covers. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and furnished nice. The outdoor bbq pits were missing grates or wobbly. The maintenance people returned the following afternoon to remove the soiled towels, not right away as we were led to believe.

Lovely property, difficult to find

The property was lovely, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was finding it when we first arrived. Google maps has it pinned at least a block away from the actual location. Including the name of the complex in the property description would have been helpful. Also, the wifi password on the fridge has a typo, so use the one emailed. Other than that we had a fantastic stay!

Very nice, affordable, clean house. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms has plenty of space. The help and maintenance worker we were in contact with was extremely friendly and very helpful!! Thank you!

We had a great time!

We stayed for 5 days. The property was clean upon arrival! I reached out about a broom to sweep. As much as we rinsed off before entering there was sand everywhere. We were brought a broom the very next day. It was convenient to have 3 bathrooms. I would recommend this place to friends.

Turn Key rental

We stayed for seven days and did not have any complaints! The place is beautiful and quiet. It’s not far from from the beach. It’s located in the perfect area that’s not too far from restaurants and local shopping stores. We did wish there was a regular size broom to keep the sand swept up but other than that everything was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back!

Great beach getaway!

The house was super clean and just as pictured. It was perfect for two small families to share. We had problems with the stove and oven when we were there. We reported it and management sent a repair guy straight away. He was not able to fix it. A special part had to be ordered. But the management team brought us a griddle and burner so we could kind of cook. I recommended that they bring a toaster oven for the next guests if they couldn’t get it fixed in time. It was disappointing to have issues. We had done such a good job meal planning and brought tons of groceries to cook our meals. But we understand that things happen. I was very pleased with the quick communication with the management. You can’t ask for anything better. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was a short walk to the beach and a cute little community of little houses around.

Great location close to the beach!

Nice little home in a great location.

It was clean and lots of room. Would be great for more than just our two couples. Central to everything in Port A and very close to the beach. Door lock was a problem; maybe low batteries. We were very happy with our stay and plan to come back again. Our friends plan to come back with their grand kids too.

Spacious and convenient!

This rental was a LOT bigger than it looks from the outside. There was plenty of space for us to lounge comfortably between beach visits. It had plenty of towels, updated appliances, comfy beds, and a big table for us to play games at. We loved this place and would totally seek it out for our next visit.

Beds and ceiling fans need upgrading

2 things that need attention; 1) the bed in the master and bunk bed room need new box springs. The bottom bunk bed slats are broken, not comfortable at all for an adult. 2) the ceiling fans make way too much noise.

the place was easy to find in a good location, when arrivig all information provided to get into the unit was in working order, Air-conditioning was not working butr was addressed the same day we notified Turnkey, then late one eveing our code would not work, had to spend several minutes outside in the cold (it was cold that night) calling to get the code reset. we were told " it sometimes happens"
