In addition, two boardwalks lead directly to the beach, making it convenient for those who want to spend their days relaxing by the water.
But the amenities don't stop there. The Island Retreat Condo complex also offers two swimming pools, perfect for cooling off on a hot day, and shared grills for outdoor barbecues. For those who enjoy staying active, there are pickleball courts available as well.
Inside the condo #55, you'll find an open living area that provides plenty of space for gathering with loved ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Parking - 3 Parking Passes per unit. If a guest needs to purchase an additional pass, it is $10/night, per vehicle and they MUST park in the IR overflow lot. Also, ALL golf carts MUST have parking passes and MUST be parked in our golf cart lot.
