This hotel was...meh

Okay. Where to begin? This hotel is overdue for a DEEP clean or even a desperate upgrade. The carpets (at least upstairs on our floor) were FULL of stains. Overall, the hotel (on the third floor) was filthy our entire stay. It did not seem housekeeping EVER vacuum or clean the carpets, trash on floor and trash can never emptied. Our room seemed clean enough except our walk-in shower seemed like it didnt get clean. Water spots on walls and shower doors and hair on shower floor. Mold around base of shower floor, a cockroach decided to join us in our bathroom (hopefully this doesn't put us over our guest limit), and smelled like marijuana in hallway near rooms next to ours. The only good thing at the breakfast was the waffles and sausage. Everyrhing else was meh. The orange juice was extremely watered down until you got to the last of it in your cup and you get orange syrup. It was disgusting. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. So if you don't mind that then you will probably be fine with them. Also, the indoor pool was closed during our stay there. I don't think we will stay here again. Also, for some convenient reason, this site will not let me upload any photos.

Checked in, went to room and it was wrong, went back down and told the clerk we reserved the Queen studio and this was just a double queen room. She said they didn’t have those, I explained that reservations and online hotel.com pics said otherwise. Maintenance man came by and told her they did have a couple, and he told her the room number. Checked into room number two…. Wrong again, it was a king studio. I bed, I couch pullout. In the end, my kids had to sleep on a pullout couch and a rollaway cot when we reserved two queens and a couch. Pool was dirty and spa/hot tub didn’t work 1st day - pool closed next day until further notice, no smoking property had plenty of weed being smoked on both floors we were on…. Breakfast was horrible, hostess each day was rude and very inattentive to anyone’s needs or the cleanliness and quality of the food. I could keep going, but I’ll just keep it short. Do not let the name fool you, we were not in a typical Wyndham hotel. Maybe we just had a bad experience, because we went by reviews and ratings… we were fooled,

The only reason I booked this Hotel was for the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving. Pool and hot tub were out of service. Laundry facilities were out of service. The hallway carpets were covered in stains and our room smelled like piss. The water pressure was non existent in the shower. My fault for not calling ahead

I checked in and received a key card. When I got to the door, it didn't work. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. While in the lobby, there was a leak from the 2nd floor gushing into the lobby area. When I arrived at my room, there was a dead roach right at the entrance.
