It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a sofa, dining area, stove (wood not provided) and direct access to the garden.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double sofa bed.
- Shower room with WC.
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180 x 200) with en-suite bathroom (bath and WC).
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140*190).
- Bedroom 4: a bunk bed (sleeps two) and a single bed with access to the 10 m² balcony.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, toaster, crepe maker, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 10 x 5 m swimming pool (private, unheated) open, depending on the season, from May/June to October, secured by a gate with lock as well as a fence.
- A 4 x 8 m² shaded terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A large unfenced private garden of 5000 m² with vines and olive trees.
The house is ideally located in Correns, in a quiet, pleasant setting just a five-minute drive from the village and local shops.
Correns is the first organic village in France. You can find a market of local producers and craftsmen every 4ᵉ Sundays of the month.
