Lovely oasis on edge of small town

Just as expected. Lovely pool with garden outlook from house. Covered verandah area along 2 sides. Nice kitchen with everything you need, large dining table. Comfortable beds. Owner lives adjacent in property on a level below pool, so hardly know she's there, but she's very friendly on arrival and there if you need her, (which we didn't).

Preciosa casa de campo bien situada

Bonita casa , todo arreglado y preparado para la estancia. Lo recomiendo más en primavera y otoño, por el entorno. Tiene una buena piscina para el verano. Cocina bien equipada.

A Oasis in the middle of the mountains

My wife and me spent about 3 months in this house (October to November of 2021). We really loved the rustic and cozy style of the house. The garden and pool were beautiful to look at and we never got tired of just look at it every morning of the time we were there. You really could tell that Joanna (our host) had put a lot of effort and love in the design of the house and garden. Our host Joanna lives in a house on the same property with her two dogs. I wouldn't say I'm really a dog person, but I'm sure I can say those were the nicest dogs I have ever met. Joanna was always super nice and helpful and we really came along! I’d also like to mention we brought our two cats which was also no problem at all. The village Cortes de la Frontera has basically everything you need for your daily needs. There’s a supermarket, several banks, pharmacy, doctor, hardware store, mechanic, etc. To visit the area and other towns like Ronda or Ubrique a car is really mandatory.
