Overall happy with our room and experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the family -friendliness of this room. It was comfortable, spacious, loved the door between the rooms and that each room had a separate door to the bathroom. Loved the bench and hooks, table. Check in took way too long and we were very disappointed the pool was not open. Breakfast was nice to have available.

Rooms updated but bathrooms were not. Tub and shower fixtures were usable but not great. Pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was decent. Walls very thin and new room layout has the TV on one side of the room and the beds on the opposite side, so you are closer to your neighbor's TV than you are to your own, and you can tell.

I reserved a certain room a month before arriving. When i arrived, all the employees could do was shrug their shoulders and say sorry. No trying to help accomodate me for the room or refund. I drove over 8 hours for this particular hotel, could have gone to another or cheaper one. I was then told at checkout that the lady in charge of something like this was not in and won't be for a day or 2. It has been over 1 week with no phone call or attempt to contact me. The pool was nice though.

Staff were very nice and accommodating! However, the hotel is old and rundown. Room wasn't very clean. The sheets had stains and the bathtub had hair in the drain that wasn't ours. Room phone didn't work and the hotel was next to an abandoned looking building. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here more than a day but it'll get the job done.
