Conveniently located on Via Faloria, it's less than 15 minutes walking to reach Corso Italia (750 metres), or literally 2 minutes by car. Also just few minutes driving from Faloria Ski Lifts.

The flat features a beautiful living area and a large terrace with outdoor furniture to be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with double bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities like kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you'll need.
