Very clean hotel but room wasn’t ready when we arrived and room we needed up accepting was farthest from front desk check in and small. Beds were full size, not doubles as described in booking detail.

Good service bad parking

My experience was great. My problem was the amount was ice that wasn't removed from the parking lot it madebit very difficult to walk out the car.

Outstanding..

The hotel was new. It was extremely clean. Very modern. The pool area was outstanding. Front desk help was very good and friendly. The area appeared to be very safe directly off Interstate 81. A pleasant surprise and will definitely stay here again when in the Syracuse area.

The place was super clean. However, the only downside is that we booked the room for a second night, but they never serviced it. We called twice, and each time they told us someone was on the way, but no one ever came, nor did they apologize.

My elderly mother fell on the sidewalk walking on the ice and snow by door 4. Told front desk and nothing was done about it. No one came to shovel or remove the snow and ice.

Reasonable, quiet stay, not far from Greek Peak

Pleasantly surprised, as this is an older property that’s being updated. Woman at front desk was welcoming. Room was very clean, but heat was turned too low before I arrived, and took a bit to warm up. Hallway, while clean, did have a bit of a bleach scent to them…. But, not a major negative, as it shows the staff cares and is trying. Indoor pool area looked inviting, but I did not use it. Location is between many walkable quick bite eateries, which is a nice convenience. About a 15 minute ride to Greek Peak, if winter snow sports are on your itinerary. Would stay again, as the location and price were right for my travels.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We had a great little one night stay here. The main lobby and other areas we went in were all very clean. The front desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Our room was probably one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and we travel quite a bit! Everything worked as it should and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

It was a great experience and I got the much needed rest I deserved! I traveled from Long Island to drop my son to school.. after working an overnight shift. I’ll definitely be back to this location.
