A peaceful farm experience

Lovely farm, quiet and peaceful. A good location as a home base to explore Tuscany and Umbria by car. A few amenities in the house would have been helpful such as cleaning supplies, soap, salt, sugar, pepper, laundry detergent, so that we didn't have to buy essentials which we had to leave behind.

Tolles Haus für bis zu 6 Personen

Das Haus ist genau so, wie beschrieben. 3 große Zimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 Wohn-/Esszimmer. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Der Sitzplatz ist sehr schön und es gibt einen großen Grill. Alles war tipp-topp sauber. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit Willkommenswein. Es war äußerst unkompliziert. Das Auto hat einen Stellplatz.

Land und Leute kennenlernen

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus "Il Cipresso" sehr zufrieden. Es bietet viel Platz für 2 Ehepaare, die Schlaf- / Waschräume befinden sich am jeweiligen Ende des Hauses. Frühstück im Freien möglich, überdacht. Sehr schöner Pool, den wir die 14 Tage komplett für uns hatten. Ca. 1,5 km gibt es ein empfehlenswertes Steakhaus (Chianina Steak aus der Toskana). 2,5 km entfernt ist ein Bahnhof, mit guter Anbindung, z.B. nach Florenz (1,5h). Für Ausflüge ist ein Auto notwendig!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La struttura è un annesso della casa poderale dell azienda agricola. Adiacente all appartamento c è anche la piscina utilizzata solo dagli ospiti della appartamento e dell altro attiguo

Lief huisje met ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Keuken en huiskamer in een. Het huisje heeft een zusje op hetzelfde terrein. Grote ruime tuin met apart (overdekt) gedeelte per huisje. Zwembad mooi opgezet. Aanrader!

Pre-information was up-to-date and as expected, everything functioning. Friendly staff, clean house and nice environment around. Easy to access, good location for day trips. Nothing fancy but exceeding expectations and good value for money.
