Staff was great. The elevator was broken so we didn’t get the room we wanted. The Ice maker broke. The breakfast was fine. The room was clean but was not always serviced when we requested. The TV sucks - no streaming options so you are stuck with cable and no way to use Netflix etc.

Room was clean and my minimal contact with staff was positive. My concerns were, first, with the significant room upcharge compared to the normal rate. I understand the concept of a BIG weekend of visitors to the area and the motivation to capitalize on the opportunity BUT more than three times the customary rate??? And the lack of sound proofing from the room upstairs from me made sleep nearly impossible. I could hear every step the occupants made.

Comfortable, very friendly & professional staff. Television reception was down, but we don't watch TV much. Very nice room. If you want a quiet night, be sure you aren't on the 1st floor.
