We stay here every season for tournaments…it is so obvious that this hotel needs a complete overhaul. They do their best, but it’s just time. Stuff is very worn out, our shower curtain rod was hanging by a string and we had to fix our own ever running toilet, beds a not comfortable and seriously need actual pillows! (just to name a few.) Frustrating to deal with for so much money. Just not ok.
