Price gouging for OSU family weekend. Hotel had a musty smell. The gym equipment was broken. Both the treadmill and elliptical. The heater in the room would not shut off. I had to get up every hour or so to turn it off or on. I went through 6 keys. They kept deactivating. TV has no guide.

The staff was incredible. The front desk person on the night we came was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay.

My review was a solid four until it was time to check out. I was finishing a business meeting. It was 1059. I was talking to a student who was in tears and trying to close the meeting while housekeeping banged on the door repeatedly, LOUDLY, between 11 and 1105. Very rude. Give us a little cushion when we are packing up and checking out. I was not happy With this departing experience and everyone on the way out just had a smug look on their face. Customer service is important at $150 per night. Fortunately, there are several hotels in that same neighborhood, where I can stay upon return for healthcare and other Corvallis appointments. I was loaded up and in my car by 1110. It is not like I was hanging out for an extra hour and the hotel was mostly vacant according to the parking lot; no urge for housekeeping to get in at 11 on the dot! RUDE!!!
