Welcome to Bearways, our real-wood home on 7 private acres. Cozy loft with beautiful views for kids, featuring two bunk beds and a full sofa bed, plus another sofa bed downstairs by the fireplace.
The first floor is wheelchair/walker accessible. Bring your UTV/ATV or enjoy prepared walking trails. Spacious master bathroom includes a bidet and a large walk-in shower with bench. Outdoor hot tub for 2 person with view on forest and new Kid playground 2025 installed with220 lbs / 100 kg total limit.

The space.
Welcome to our newly built wooden home, just 4 years old, thoughtfully designed to stay clean, safe, and well-maintained. The interior is finished entirely in wood and is protected against stains, helping preserve the home’s fresh, natural feel while remaining comfortable for guests.

The house sits on 7 private acres of forest, giving you space to explore, relax, and enjoy nature. You’re welcome to walk the property, bring your UTV/ATV, or enjoy your outdoor toys on the land. A designated shooting area is available for responsible use, following all local laws and safety rules.

This is a true nature retreat. You’ll often see deer on the property, and occasionally bears may pass through, especially in the evenings—an unforgettable experience, but guests should be aware and use caution when walking at night.

Despite the privacy, you’re close to everything:
• 30 minutes to Dollywood
• 40 minutes to the heart of Gatlinburg

Enjoy the best of both worlds—easy access to attractions while staying immersed in the peace, quiet, and beauty of the forest.

Guest access
Registered guests have access to the entire house and all 7 private acres. Guests may walk the property, drive UTVs/ATVs on the trails, and use the designated shooting range responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

Electric vehicle charging is available on-site for guests, including Tesla and other EVs with compatible chargers.

Only registered guests may use the house, land, trails, and amenities.
No animals allowed on the in house and property.

Other things to note
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The main TV is connected to the internet for streaming services.
No cable or satellite (dish) TV is available. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts.

This chalet offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Cosby chalet is smoke free.
