I went there with my 12 year old son. At first it seemed ok. The room was decent inside. We went swimming and an hour later had rashes on our legs. We went to bed at like 10 and then we heard gun shots. To make it worse, the people beside us must have been drug dealers because people came all night long and were banging on their door and screaming and crying. I finally managed to fall asleep at 330am. There were people parked outside all night blasting music and revving their engines. In the morning, while waiting for the office to open, I talked to another lady who found cockroaches in her room and said the people above her were fighting all night and she had to call the police. The only good thing was the staff refunded our stay. We were still going to be there two more nights but thankfully did not have to stay.

The room was clean although the bed felt like it had pebbles down near the foot of the bed. There was a homeless person on a bike yelling for I guess here plug in the middle of the afternoon. Upon check in the associate was rude and asked for my guests ID, which I thought was odd. There was only bar soup, so I had to purchase shampoo and conditioner for my guest. The last inconvenience was being told that there was no microwave on the premises. I understand it’s a budget motel but come on.

The room was clean when we walked in. The bathroom did not drain properly. There was cacoroches in the room and the bathroom. I was slepping and I woke up to a cacorache crawling on my back. I felt very uncomfortable because I could not sleep after that.

Booked the room specifically because it had a pool, however pool was not open. The rooms were dirty (floors and surfaces visibly had stuff all over them), there were so many random people banging on doors and yelling at people all hours of the night. One of our rooms had no mirror and seemed like the bathroom was unfinished and should not have been in service. There were areas that you coukd tell had been damaged, however random pieces of wood were just screwed into the wall. Overall, it would have been okay if we were not offered a pool to be told it was not accessible, and the floors/surfaces had been cleaned. If there are room that dont have mirrors in the bathrooms, that should have also been disclosed
