Clean but...

Although the room was clean the shower only had a trickle of hot water and there was some sort of electric motor that ran outside the door most of the night.

Perfectly a good place to stay family owned, and they have obviously clean it up. They have a rule that says you can’t have any visitors you’re gonna get kicked out which is made it kind of awkward when I was meeting with my nephew for this vacation to go to dinner, but they didn’t seem to care about that. I guess it’s to keep unwanted folks out of their property

Avoid at all costs

I read the reviews online and thought this would be a basic, but clean and functional room. It was horrible! The heater was broken and blew only cold air, the cable was out so no access to tv. There were no blankets on the beds-just a sheet with a dirty bedspread on top. Sheets were not clean and had short black hairs all over them. I would give zero stars if possible. The towels were damp and folded upon arrival but the rest of the bathroom was actually clean. Room itself had filth on the walls and the door. I slept (if you could call it that) sitting in one of the chairs in the room to avoid the filthy sheets and left early in the morning. I would rather pay 30-40 more to stay at a normal hotel. I would have left immediately but all other hotels in the area were booked.

I have stayed at this motel in the past, and parked my ford f350 truck here before. They have new management, and wouldn’t let me park my slightly oversized (long-bed pickup truck). They could have easily accommodated me. The surrounding area is no street parking. So, I had to risk getting a 55$ parking ticket parking on the neighborhood street. The rooms are clean, overall it’s a relatively cheap room for the neighborhood that has good freeway access.

My experience at this motel was utterly unacceptable and frankly, disgusting. Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by the disturbing sight of roaches crawling near the microwave and sink. As someone with a severe allergy to roaches, this was beyond a mere inconvenience—it was a health hazard. Despite photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the infestation, the motel staff reacted with complete indifference, dismissing my concerns and refusing any form of refund, even though I had only been in the room for approximately one hour. Their dismissive and unprofessional behavior, coupled with the appalling state of the room, left me with no choice but to seek alternative lodging at my own expense. This motel's blatant disregard for cleanliness and customer service is deeply troubling, and I would strongly urge anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This experience was not just disappointing; it was a serious health risk and a complete waste of time and money.

Room was not clean. Had to request a blanket because only a bed sheet and old bed spread were provided. Towels were dirty and visible hair was seen on the sink and in the shower. Room also smelled moldy. Would definitely not recommend.
