Stayed here for OC marathon. Motel is walking distance to fairgrounds. Adjacent to freeway & associated noise. Room was clean, appliances in working order. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner. No coffee maker but 1 block from Starbucks.

In town for a TNA wrestling event , check in and stay went smoothly just wish i could have had an earlier check-in time ..i know it's the standard though. For the price and quality of the room night a bad deal at all will say second floor balcony floor is need of renovation appears to have recently suffered some noticeable water damage.

Very nice people at the front desk. The room for the price is good. The room was a bit stuffy. A good air freshener would have helped. The color of the walls, the nice tile in the shower and good sink were great. This is such a minor thing but if they changed the bedcovers to something more contemporary to match what appears to be an upgrade in flooring and bathroom, it would make a huge difference. It also would be nice if they communicated that the room does not include a blower dryer. I understand that the low rate is due to it being no frills but if I knew, I would have brought my own with no problem. All together good room for low rate. nice stay

I found hair in the bed. The bathroom was not clean. Even the walls were very dirty. I would not stay here again.

Towels are very dirty. Rooms seem recently remodeled but with poor workmanship. Shower and faucets are not working properly. Water pressure are very low. I will give 0 star it's allowed

Repeat whenever I'm in Costa Mesa.

I've stayed here many times now, and love this place. The family who owns it is great. It's clean, comfortable and inexpensive. A.great no frills place to stay fir the weekend close to amazing food in Santa Ana and Costa Mesa, close to Newport and Laguna Beach, close to South Coast Plaza for high end shopping. Overall, this is a great spot.

Good rooms, great beds, and glad no pets.

Room was in good condition, and the bed was very comfortable. Wished I could have stayed another night. Plus they don't allow pets, which may be an issue for some guests, but I have to say these hotels that allow pets wear down a lot faster. Glad they don't allow pets. Leave the pets at home people.
